- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation, F38604-07-Q-B046, is issued as a request for quotation (RFQ). This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-17 and DCN 20070531. This purchase is for use outside the U.S. and is unrestricted. The requirement is as follows: 2 EACH 4202086L1 ISDN Inverse Multiplexer ISU 512; 2 EACH 1292928L2 ISDN BRI Service Unit ISU 128 115vAC; 6 EACH 4175001L6 Total Access 750 DC Chassis w/24 FXS (BCU L1); 20 EACH 4175001L1 Total Access 750 DC Chassis (BCU L1); 140 EACH 1175407L2 Quad FXO/DPT Card for 750 Chassis; 10 EACH 1175408L2 Quad FXS/DPO/PLAR Module; 10 EACH 1180402L1 Single 2W/4W E&M/TO Module; 5 EACH 1175006L2 Power Supply Unit/Ring Generator; 1175012L1 Bank Controller Unit w/Fractional T1; 26 EACH 1175045L1 Rackmount Brackets (chassis 19 inch) Delivery: FOB Destination to Al Udeid AB, Qatar. Required delivery date is 15 Sept 07. The provision at 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors -- Commercial, applies to this acquisition. Quotes will be evaluated on price, delivery terms, and technically acceptable. Offerors are advised to include a completed copy of the provision at 52.212-3, Offeror Representations and Certifications -- Commercial Items, with its offer. If the Online Representations and Certification Application (ORCA) has already been completed, a statement to that affect will be sufficient.
