- This synopsis is for commercial tree trimming and tree removal services at McChord AFB, WA prepared in accordance with the format in the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This project is 100 percent Small Business Set-Aside. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 561730 (Landscaping Services) with a small business size standard of $6.5 Million. Delivery requirements are a start date no later than 25 September 2007 and project completion within 30 days of start date. The solicitation will be posted to the Federal Business Opportunities website http://www.fedbizopps.gov on or about 27 August 2007. Anticipated response/close date is 7 September 2007. Once the solicitation is posted, it is incumbent upon the interested parties to review this site frequently for any updates/amendments to any and all documents. Further details concerning the scope of work and the site visit will be provided in the solicitation. Prospective contractors must be registered in the Central Contractor Registration (CCR) in order to be eligible for award.
