- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation announcement for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only notice of this request; quotes are being requested and written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation, 07TC0790, is being issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ) on a Brand Name basis for: Casio QT8000 with WE-POS Operating System and CARS POS Software, Qty: 6 EA.; QT-6060D Customer Display, Qty 6 EA.; MSR-8000 Mag Card Reader, Qty: 6 EA.; DL 3401 Cash Drawer, Qty 6 EA.; Epson TM-T88 Thermal Printer, Qty 6 EA.; NCI 6702 30# Scale, Qty: 6 EA.; CARS Software & MS Key for office PC. On-site training for all equipment to include everyday operation, maintenance for all day to day operations, and typical troubleshooting procedures to be provided to all end users and maintenance personnel. The following components are not bound to any one brand or manufacturer, but must meet the specifications accompanying the descriptions. UPS Power Protection and Temp Battery Power Units, 500 Watt or greater, Qty: 7 EA.; Computer system to meet these minimum specifications, 3.0 GHz Processor, MS Windows XP Professional, 1 10/100/1000 Network Interface Card, 512MB RAM, 80 Gb storage space, DVD/CDRW Combo Drive, 1.44 Floppy Drive, Keyboard, Mouse, 17?
