- This announcement is for informational purposes only. The Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) intends to negotiate a sole-source proprietary software acquisition with Aware, Inc. for a quantity of 4 of the Aware NISTPack software to include 1-year of maintenance support. Aware, Inc. is the manufacturer and sole provider of this software. A firm fixed price purchase order is anticipated as a result of this announcement.
