- Description
- The USDA, Agricultural Research Service, Northern Plains Agricultural Research Laboratory, Sidney, Montana, requires three NEW Environmental Chambers (i.e. mechanical refrigeration chambers, extended range incubators, test chambers, temperature chambers). Deliveries shall be made Monday through Friday only between the hours of 7:00 A.M. and 3:00 P.M., excluding Federal holidays, unless otherwise scheduled. This acquisition is being conducted on a Commercial Items Best Value basis. Evaluation criteria in no order of preference are price, technical capability and past performance. The solicitation will be available in Adobe Acrobat format for downloading approximately September 6, 2007. The offer response date is approximately September 20, 2007.
