- This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This is 100% set-aside for small business. The associated North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code for this procurement is 423430 with a small business size standard of 100 employees. The Washington Headquarter Services (WHS), Acquisition and Procurement Office, Department of Defense, 1155 Defense Pentagon, Washington, DC 20301-1155 intends to purchase the following items on a specific make and model (brand name) basis: 6 IBM Blade Servers per the attached configuration. If quoting for items other than the make and model specified, approval must be sought from David L. Price, Contracting Officer, at (703) 696-3970 or david.price@whs.mil. All items will be delivered (F.O.B. Destination) to: WHS/ESDD Charles Sheasley 621C North Payne St. Arlington, VA 22314 Phone: 703-604-1509 within 30 calendar days after award. All units must be assembled and configured prior to delivery. Unit configuration must clearly be marked. Quotations are due no later than 4:30 pm, Eastern Standard Time, Friday, 31 August 2007.
