- The National Naval Medical Center (NNMC), Acquisition Management Department, Bethesda Maryland, on behalf of the Malaria Research Program, intends to award a a sole source procurement Emerald Biodsytems Company for the Robotic Protein Synthesizer. The proposed contract action is for supplies for which the government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under authority of FAR 6.302.
