- This proposed contract action is for supplies or services for which the Naval Medical Center San Diego intends to solicit with only one source under the authority of FAR 13.106-1(b). The source is Gen-Probe Incorporated, 10210 Genetic Center Drive, San Diego, CA 92121-4362, CAGE Code: 0BDV3. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with FAR 12.6 as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. All responsible sources may submit a quotation which shall be considered by the agency. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotations are being requested. A written solicitation will not be issued. Paper copies of this solicitation will not be available. The solicitation number is N00259-07-T-0326, is issued as a notice to procure from only one source.
