- This is a notice of the Government's intent to solicit, negotiate and award a sole source contract (Note 22) contract to Boston Scientific for Balloons and Stents for heart surgery based on urgency. This is not a set-a-side for small business. This notice is an urgent requirement for Walter Reed Army Medical Center, 6900 Georgia Avenue NW, Washington, DC 20307, contract number W91YTZ-07-P-0713.
