- This proposed action is for supplies or services for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one (1) source under authority of FAR 6.302. A proposed contract is scheduled to be awarded to ORTHO Clinical Diagnostic, Johnson & Johnson, 100 Indigo Creek Drive, Rochester, NY 14626. This requirement is for reagents instrument systems and supplies for the VITROS Chemistry Analyzer. Interested persons may identify their interest and capability to respond to this requirement or subm it proposals. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. However, all proposals received within the time frame specified (28 August 2007) will be considered by the Government. (The Government may also choose to award using an exis ting basic ordering agreement) A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed requirement is based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will normally be considered solely fo r the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement.
