- DESCRIPTION: This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitati on; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation W91LQG-7198-0099 is being issued as a Request for Quotation. This solicitation incorporates provisions and clauses for commercial items in effect through Federal A cquisition Circular 2001-12. This will be a 100% Small Business Set Aside acquisition under North American Industry Classification System Code 443112, with a small business size standard of $7.5M. SPECIFICATIONS: The USPFO for Utah has a requirement to purchase Electronics Equipment and accessories for the Utah Army National Guard. Items will be delivered to one location unless installation is required for warranties to be in effect. Items listed may have different companys model numbers listed. These numbers are given for quoting Brand Name or Equal To items. CLIN 0001. Three (3) each - 40 Industrial LCD Monitor, color black, Sony Part Number FWD40LX2F/B; CLIN 0002. Three (3) each Universal Flat Panel Display Mobile Cart, Chief Part Number MFC-UB; CLIN 0003. Three (3) each Optional adjustable height shelf (accessory to CLIN 0002) Chief Part Number PAC-710; CLIN 0004 Three (3) each Optional Travel Case (accessory to CLIN 0002) Chief Part Num ber PAC-700; CLIN 0005 One (1) each Heavy Duty Wall Mounted Projection Screen, Model C with CSR, DA-LITE Part Number 85414, Fabric Matte White; CLIN 0006 One (1) each 40 Bravia S Series LCD HDTV, Sony Part Number KDL40S3000. If quoting or equal, state w hich mfg and model number you are quoting on and submit literature for comparison specifications. Items will be delivered to the USPFO for Utah Warehouse, 12953 South Minuteman Drive, Draper, UT 84020. EVALUATION FACTORS: The contract type for this procurement will be fixed price and award will be made on the basis of best value to the Government, price and other factors considered. Selection will be based on the following evaluation factors, in order of importance: (1) Offerors capability to provide a quality product that meets the Governments needs; (2) Past performance, caliber of offerors performance on previous contracts of a similar nature; and (3) Total cost or price. ADDITIONAL INFORMATION: In accordance with FAR 52.212-1(k), prospective awardees shall be registered and active in the CCR database prior to award. Offerors may obtain information on registration at www.ccr.gov.
