- In the following sources sought synopsis, VAMC Fayetteville, Arkansas seeks potential sources for a government acquisition to provide bread and bakery products to support the Nutition & Food Services and Canteen Services for VISN 16, Department of Veterans Affairs Medical Centers in Alexandria, Shreveport and New Orleans Louisiana, Little Rock and Fayetteville Arkansas, Muskogee and Oklahoma City Oklahoma, Houston Texas, Biloxi and Jackson Mississippi. NO PROPOSALS ARE BEING REQUESTED AT THIS TIME. This request for information is being used as a marketing research tool to determine the availability and adequacy of potential small, small disadvantaged, 8(a), woman-owned, HUBZone, veteran and service-disabled small business concerns for the pending solicitation. Based on a review of the industry responses to this Sources Sought Synopsis, the Government will decide whether it is appropriate to offer the solicitation as a set-aside. The Government is not obligated to nor will pay for any information received from any potential sources as a result of this synopsis. The anticipated North American Industries Classification System (NAICS) code is 311812 and the small business size standard is 500 Employees. Please submit a capabilities statement indicating your interest and ability to meet the aforementioned requirements. Please include the name and address of your firm, whether you are a large or small business, a point of contact with name, title, phone, fax, and e-mail; your ability experience and familiarity with the previously mentioned items by including past performance references of organizations that you have accomplished similar projects for. Please include contract #, delivery method, types of contracts, POC?s to include names and phone number of clients. All offerors must have an active registration in Central Contractor Registration (CCR), which may be obtained at www.ccr.gov. Any information submitted by respondents to this synopsis is strictly voluntary. The Federal Business Opportunities, www.eps.gov, will be the primary source of information for this acquisition.
