- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation prepared in accordance with the format in Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information in this notice. (Supplemental information may be viewed at http://www.hud.gov/offices/cpo/contract.cfm) This is a Request for Quotations (RFQ) and this announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation WILL NOT be issued. The NAICS code is 541990 and size standard of $6.5 million. The contract will have a base and 3 one-year option periods. The Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) OCPO, Southern Field Contracting, Atlanta Operations Branch, intends to procure an Automated Valuation Model (AVM) subscription service of an on-line system to allow appraisers in the Atlanta, GA Homeownership Center (HOC) HUD office to access ownership and property information for single family properties which would provide computer-generated valuations of a particular property that will provide HUD an estimate of value. This system must include a Government Technical Representative (GTR) controlled administration capability that will afford the monitoring and control of an individual/sub-user's access to specific reports. Offeror must provide a quote (see item 1.5 of the supplemental information) and a completed copy of the provision at 52.212-3, Offeror Representations and Certifications-Commercial Items (see attachment 2 of the supplemental information). The Government will award a contract resulting from this solicitation to the responsible, lowest aggregate priced offeror.
