- Description
- The Department of Homeland Security, United States Coast Guard (USCG) has a requirement to acquire contractor support to develop and implement a CRM program enhancement tailored to Coast Guard specific missions and aircraft that focuses on a scientific approach to error management in the automated aircraft environment. The program should be compatible with elements of the organization?s current CRM program as defined by the CRM Program Manager (CG-1131) and the Aviation Training Center (ATC), Mobile. At a minimum, the program and implementation should include: CRM Courseware Design and Curriculum Course Material to include: a. Student Guides b. Instructor Guides c. Case Studies d. Application Tools Train the Trainer certification to Coast Guard Instructors for the new courseware. Mechanism for continual improvement of the program through effectiveness assessments. Potential offorers shall provide USCG with their capability statement and location of training centers.
