- The Federal Bureau of Prisons, Federal Correctional Institution Danbury, intends to issue a is issuing this RFQ under 20302-0001-08, for the requirements of Subsistence/Milk as a combined Synopsis/Solicitation . All future information about this acquisition, including solicitation amendments, will be distributed through this site. Interested parties are responsible for monitoring this site to ensure that they have the most up to date information about this RFQ. Faith Based and Community Based Organizations have the right to submit offers/bids equally with other organizations for contracts for which they are eligible. 1. 1% MILK, 6 GALLON BULK, 50 - 5 GALLON CONTAINERS DELIVERED TWICE PER WEEK ON MONDAY?S AND FRIDAY?S. ESTIMATED TOTAL GALLONS SHALL BE 7,800 OR 1,560 FIVE GALLON CONTAINERS. (NSN 01-364-2471) 2. SKIM MILK, 6 GALLON BULK, 30-5 GALLON CONTAINERS DELIVERED TWICE PER WEEK ON MONDAY?S AND FRIDAY?S. TOTAL ESTIMATED GALLONS SHALL BE 3,900 OR 780 FIVE GALLON CONTAINERS. (NSN 00-753-6368) THERE SHALL BE AN ESTIMATED TOTAL OF 26 DELIVERIES, STARTING MONDAY OCTOBER 1, 2007, THROUGH FRIDAY DECEMBER 31, 2007, UNLESS A HOLIDAY FALLS ON ONE OF THE DELIVERY DATES THEN DELIVERY WILL BE COORDINATED WITH WAREHOUSE FOREMAN (DAVE HEATH) AT 203- 321-5723. NOTE: PRICES SHALL BE BASED ON THE ESTABLISHED MONTHLY REPORT PUBLISHED BY THE FEDERAL MILK ORDER PRICING SYSTEM.
