- UNITED STATES GOVERNMENT Seeks Leased Warehouse Space South San Francisco, CA The United States Government seeks to lease warehouse space consisting of approximately 40,000 rentable square feet in San Francisco, CA within the following delineated area: South San Francisco, CA within 2.5 miles of Highway 101. The space should yield 37,000 to 35,000 BOMA usable square feet. Parking is required for 1 vehicle. The proposed lease is for ten (10) years, five (5) years firm and should be fully serviced. Space must be ready for occupancy no later than October 15, 2007. Additional Requirements: ? Space must have a loading dock ? Space requires 24 hour access ?
