- The U. S. Environmental Protection Agency (US EPA) Office of Research and Development, National Environmental Research Laboratory, Ecosystems Research Division (ORD/NERL/ERD) is soliciting quotations for annual maintenance of one Octel Aria 250 Voice Processing System (part # 53000686) located at 960 College Station Road, Athens, GA. Included in the system: 1. Octel 250 Voice Mail system 2. Octel 250 Cabinet 3. 20 each O250 Ports 4. 35 each O250 Message Hours Software features include Bulletin Board Broadcast, FAX Processing, FAX on demand, System Backup ECP, and Index Decision Pro. This maintenance agreement will include 24 hour, 7 day per week coverage; 4 hour response time; and twice per year preventative maintenance. The preventative maintenance will include any software upgrades and systems checks. The contract shall consist of one 12 month base period and one 12 month option period. The base period shall run from 1 October 2007 through 30 September 2008. The solicitation will be issued pursuant to Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 12, Commercial Items and Part 13, Simplified Acquisition Procedures.
