- SPAWARSYSCEN Charleston intends to negotiate an increase modification on a sole source contract with Raytheon Company, 1801 West Hughes Drive, Fullerton, CA, 92833, for a quantity of sixty five (65) Receiver Transmitter Radios, nomenclature: Enhanced Position Location and Reporting System (EPLRS) RT-1720. Raytheon is the manufacturer of this equipement and has proprietary rights. This is the only equipment that will interoperate with the existing USMC equipment. A Firm Fixed Price type contract modification issued under the Test Procedures of FAR Part 13.5 is anticipated. The applicable North American Industry Classification (NAICS) Code is 334220 and the size standard is 750 employees. This notice is not a request for competitive proposals.
