- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. Proposal are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The NAICS is 336611. SIC Code: 3731. The acquisition is set aside for small business CONCERN. This requirement is for Maintenance, Inspect and Repair of FOUR 11M Rigid Hull Inflatable Boats (11 MRB). (1) PERIODIC MAINTENANCE SERVICE ON ELECTRICAL EQUIPMENT. Inspect boat electrical equipment for proper operation of the following main electrical equipment ? VHF ? GPS ? Smart Craft ? Gages ? Electrical/Charging System, (2) OPEN & INSPECT FOR NON-ROUNTINE, UNSCHEDULED, OR EMERGENCY REPAIRS FOR 11 MRBs, (3) MISC PARTS, Diagnostic Software, Stanchions, Tru-Link Systems, SATCOM System, (4) REPLACEMENT PARTS, Sponson, Trailer Tires, (5) REPLACEMENT PART TO COMPLETE 11 MRB PUK, (6) MISC PART FOR PUK . Hard copies of the specification and solicitation will not be issued. It is incumbent upon contractors to monitor the FEDBIZOPS web page for RFQ release and all subsequent amendments. Bidders may submit a quotation, which shall be considered by the agency. Contractor must be registered in the Central Contractor Registration Database (CCR) to be eligible for Department of Defense Contract awards. Lack of registration in the CCR database will make an offeror/quoter INELIGIBLE FOR AWARD. Prospective offerors are encourage to register in ORCA at http://orca.bpn.gov/.
