Description: The work includes all labor, material and supervision to demolish damaged housing units 1221 A-B. The Contractor shall remove and dispose of all interior, exterior and below slab components including plumbing, electrical, HVAC system, doors, concrete slabs, foundations, walls, roof, windows, hardware, cabinets, concrete material, furniture, appliances, etc. Upon removing all rubble including grade and tie beams the Contractor shall supply lime rock fill and top soil, grade same and install sod. The Contractor SHALL FIELD MEASURE for ALL exact dimensions. The job site is located at the Naval Air Station Complex, Key West, Florida. The exact location is Sigsbee Park, Unit V-1221 A&B, Key West, Fl. 33040.
