- The Government intends to puchase on a firm-fixed price basis and to solicit and negotiate the proposed purchase order on a sole source bases with data LRP Publications. For the service listed below, under the authority of FAR part 6.302-1. The manufacturer must be LRP Publications. The contract line item nuber and description is **CLIN 0001 FY08 CYBERFEDS Renewal Quantity 1 - Lot, CLIN 0002 FY08 Cyberfeds Workers Comp Quantity 1 - Lot. Interested persons may identify their interests and capability to respont to this requirement or submit proposals. This notice is not a reequest for competitive proposals. However, all proposals received by 08/24/2007 will be considered by the Government. A determination not to compete this proposed contract actoin based upon responses to thes notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will normally be considered soley for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. The Government will not pay for any information received.
