- The Naval Medical Logistics Command, 1681 Nelson Street, Frederick, MD 21702-9203, intends to award, on a Sole Source basis IAW FAR 6.302-1 ?only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements?, the following listed equipment. The statutory exception permitting other than full and open competition for this acquisition is 10 USC 2304(c)(1). The following listed equipment is intended to be purchased from GE Healthcare, PO Box 414, Milwaukee, WI 53201: CT Upgrade NMC San Diego: CT Upgrade Lightspeed Pro Option Package: Cat # B70072RT; Quantity 1 Each; Manufacturer, GE: Lightspeed RT 16sl IB Options: Quantity 1 Each; Manufacturer, GE: Operator Manual: Quantity 2 Each; Service Manual, Quantity 2 Each. This is a SOLE SOURCE Procurement under the authority of FAR 6.302-1 and is not a request for competitive quotes. However, responses received from other responsible businesses prior to close of business on Friday, 24 August 2007 will be evaluated. Offerors responding to this notice must provide proof that they can provide the requested equipment upgrade.
