- The Pacific Regional Contracting Office (PRCO) at Tripler AMC, Hawaii intends to award a non-personal, firm-fixed price contract for 1 FTE Clinical Outcomes Coordinator. This requirement is for a period of performance from 15 September 2007 through 1 4 September 2008 (Base & Four Option Periods). Required services will include collecting data from a variety of sources including but not limited to CIS, CHCS, and any other sources required to obtain specified outcome measures, demographics, or other info rmation deemed necessary. The Clinical Outcome Coordinator will track the performance of the Medical Treatment Facility in meeting the objectives of the Family-Centered Care Initiative (FCCI). The Outcomes Coordinator will prepare ad hoc reports in suppor t of the project as required. In addition, the Outcomes Coordinator will support tracking of all projects within the scope of this initiative including coordination of meetings and associated agendas and minutes. The NAICS code for this proposed procurem ent is 622110 and the annual size standard is $31.5 Million.. This solicitation package will be available on both the Army Single Face to Industry (ASFI) Acquisition Business website (https://acquisition.army.mil/asfi/) and the Federal Business Opportuniti es website (http://www.fedbizopps.gov/)on or about 21 August 2007.
