PRON: AX7F0429AXAX, NSN: 1650-01-156-8519, PN: 274640-1035, Quantity: 75 each minimum/451 each maximum 5 year Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) requirement applicable to the UH-60 (Blackhawk). F. O.B Origin with delivery to New Cumberland, PA. Required delivery is 75 each 420 Days After Contract Award (DACA). This item is restricted to: Parker Hannifin Corporation d/b/a Control Systems Division, Cage Code: 82106 because this part requires engineer ing source approval by the design control activity in order to maintain the quality of the part. Existing unique design capability, engineering skills, and manufacturing knowledge by the qualified source(s) require acquisition of the part from the approve d source(s). Adequate technical data is not available for this acquisition. All offerors must meet prequalification in order to be eligible for award. Firms that recognize and can produce the required item described above are encouraged to identify them selves. Firms are encouraged to seek source approval in order to compete for future solicitations by accessing the website www.redstone.army.mil/cmo/ and looking under Standard Aviation and Missile Source Approval Request (SAMSAR). All responsible source s may submit an offer, which shall be considered by the Agency. The closing date annotated is an estimated date and may be adjusted dependent upon the date of release for solicitation; however, the solicitation will not close prior to the date stated above .
