- Description
- The Contracting Center of Excellence (CCE) in support of the Information Management Support Center (IMCEN) on behalf of G-3/5/7 has an immediate need for upgrading an existing single point desktop VTC System as specified in accordance with the attach ed specifications (Scope of Work). Interested vendores may view the attached specification (Scope of Work), attached on AFSI. The AFSI web site is as follows: https://acquisition.army.mil/asfi/default.cfm. From the AFSI web site, click on Contacting Oppo rtunities ; then search by the solicitaion number (W91WAW-07-T-0166 ). The VTC system must have multipoint and whiteboarding capabilities, a 60 plasma screen with Smart Boards overlay, and both high and low side VTC access. The procurement will include the installation, integration and maintenance for this system. The Governments intent is to award, a Firm Fixed Price with delivery with-in 30 days of receipt of the award. The solicitation number is W91WAW-07-T-0166 and is issued as a request for quot ation (RFQ). The NAICS Code for this requirement is 561499 and the small business size standard is $6.5M. The provisions at 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors-Commercial applies to the acquisition. Offeror must include a completed copy of the provision a t 52.212-3, Offeror Representations and Certifications-Commercial Items with its offer. The Government anticipates awarding the contract resulting from this RFQ to the responsible vendor whose quotation, conforming to the specification, offer the LOWEST P RICE, technical acceptable to the Government. The clause 52.212-4, Contract Terms and Conditions-Commercial Items applies to this acquisition. The clause 52.212-5, Contract Terms and Conditions Required to Implement Statute s or Executive Orders-Commerci al Items applies to this acquisition. Quotations must be submitted by the Offeror on Company Letterhead, signed by an Official authorized to negotiate with the Government and sent to the address in the announcement.
