- This is a combined synopsis solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation, quotes or offers are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. W912CZ-05-T-0042 is being issued as a Request for Quote, which incorporates provisions and clauses for commercial items in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-13. Th is acquisition is RESTRICTED. The associated NAICS code for this acquisition is 334310 small business standard size is 750. Line Item 0001: Description: Contractor shall provide Peltor Com-Tac II Headset MT15H69FB-47 Com-Tac II, Green OD Cups, 20 strai ght hardwired downlead, flexi boom microphone to include Stryker intercom straight cable FL5040-05. QTY 50 sets. Line Item 0002: Peltor Com Tac II Headset MT15H69FB-19 to include FL5040-02 MBITR (AN/PRC-148) 39 straight cable. FOB: Fort Wainwright, Alaska 99703. Preferred Delivery: 15 Sep 2007. Offerors shall provide a completed copy of FAR 52.212-3, Offerors Representations and Certifications-- Commercial Items, with quotes Offeror shall include a completed copy of DFARS 252.225-7000, Buy Americ an Act Balance of Payments Program Certificate, if applicable or complete this document in http: orca.bpn.gov.
