Add CLIN 0001AC for 2 ea, Test Set, Environmental 2. Remove the following FAR Clauses: a. Clause 52.219-6; Notice of Total Small Business Set- Aside (Jun 2003) b. Clause 52.219-8; Utilization of Small Business Concerns (May 2004) c. Clause 52.215-1; Instructions to Offerors--Competitive Acquisition (Jan 2004) d. Clause 52.247-46; Shipping Point(s) Used in Evaluation of F.O.B. Origin Offers (Apr 1984) 3. Add the following FAR Clauses: a. Clause 52.247-32; F.O.B. Origin, Freight Prepaid (Feb 2006) b. Clause 52.247-1; Commercial Bill of Lading Notations (Feb 2006) The solicitation due date and time remain unchanged at 5 Sep 2007 at 4:00pm.
