- This serves as a "Notice of Intent" to award a Sole Source purchase order, IAW FAR 13.106-1 (b, under the Simplified Acquisition Procedures to ITT Visual Information Solutions, Boulder, CO, to purchasethe renewalof ENVI/IDL Windows and Network maintenance/upgrades. The maintenance/upgrades consist of 2 EA, P/N 100NXFLMTR IDL Floating Network, 4 EA P/N 10WINFLMTR IDL Windows Floating Network, P/N 4 Ea WINDMTR IDL WINDOWS Node Lock, 1 EA P/N 10WINFLMTR IDL Windows Floating Network, 1 EA P?N 10PCUSNMTR IDL-PC-Linux Node Locked, 8 EA 10UNXFLMTR IDL UNIX Floating Network, 1 EA 10 UNXFMTR IDL UNIx Floating Network, and 1 EA P/N 20UNXFLMTR ENVI+IDL UNIX Floating Network. Shipping: F.O.B. destination. This requirement is determined to be available from only one source because of the unique features and proprietary nature of the system. No formal request will be issued for this procurement. All potential offerors should contact the buyer/PCO identified in this notice for add itional information and/or to communicate concerns, if any, concerning this acquisition. ITT Visual Information Solutions is the manufacturer of these licences and FAR Part 12 applies. This requirement will be solicited as unrestricted.
