- Description
- In accordance with FAR 10.001(a)(2)(ii), SOURCES are SOUGHT for Wide Mobile Storage Container with maximum width of 12 ft. and minimum of 10 ft., maximum length of 18 ft. and minimum of 15 ft., and maximum height of 8 ft. and minimum of 6 ft. with one door at the end. The door handles must open and lock at waist-level. The floor space must be wide enough to accommodate 30 inches shelving from each side of container, house 4 sq ft. pallet with jack in the center, and still be able to move freely inside container with shelving installed. Responses to this notice must be received within 5 days from date of notice publication. This notice is for information and planning purposes only; it does not constitute an IFB or RFP, and is not to be construed as a commitment by the Government. All service-disabled veterans owned small businesses and HUB Zone businesses are highly encouraged to apply. Firms responding to this notice should state whether they are, or are not, a small business concern, a service-disabled veteran owned small business, or a HUB Zone business concern as defined in FAR 52.219-1 for NAICS Code 332439, small business size standard 500 employees. The Air Force reserves the right to consider a small business set-aside based on responses hereto. The government reserves the right to award to a small disadvantage business. This requirement may be pursued sole source if the Air Force determines that only one source is capable of satisfying the requirement.
