- This is a combined synopsis/ solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6 This procurement is being conducted under Simplified Acquisition Procedures. (SAP).The Air Force ISR Agency Contracting Branch at Lackland AFB, TX intends to award a Contract, in support of the Global War on Terrorism through software and hardware enhancements for National Command Authority and Support requirements for AF ISR Agency/346 TS. FAR 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors-Commerical Items. FAR 52.211-6, Brand Name. This project is to fulfill National Command Authority directed missions in support of the Global War on Terrorism throughout various regions of the world. With this reimaging equipment, will insure continued physical and functional compatibility with existing equipment, and enable the 346 TS to simulate base network architectures. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation: quotes are requested and a written solicitation will not be issued.Therefore,this synopsis shall serve as a request for quote(RFQ) numbered F2MUTS7197A001.CLIN 0001-P/N- RX825,Intel Xeon 3050 Dual-Core 2.13GHz ,4GB DDR Memory, Two 250GB S-ATA Hard Drives Raid 1,DVD-ROM,Integrated Dual 10/100/1000 Ethernet, Windows 2003 Embedded Server OS.3-year Warranty Advance Shipment(1 ea),CLIN 0002-P/N: ASN-00016,SQL Server Workgroup RUNTIME 2005(1 ea),CLIN 0003-P/N: 41701, Client Management Suite L1 OEM(600 ea). CLIN 0004-P/N: 45101, Server Management Suite L1 OEM (40 ea). All items are to be delivered to AF ISR /346 TS, 404 Greig St, Bldg.178, San Antonio, TX 78226, Attn: Jeff Norberg (210) 925-3414. Delivery is required to be affective for one year from contract award date. The North American Industrial Classification (NAICS) code for this acquisition is 334111, total number of employees 750.
