- This acquisition is a 100% set-aside for Small Business. Originally set-side for Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business (SDVOSM) in FBO on 7/11/2007 but there was insufficient competition. Offeror must be able to prove they have experience managing CBOC's. The VA desires to award three (3) separate contracts for the operation of outpatient clinics. This solicitation addresses the Paris CBOC location. It is estimated at 1,100 patients for the first year. The Contractor shall provide space, personnel, furnishings and supplies as needed to operate clinic. There will be separate solicitations for the Sherman CBOC, which will cover the cover the Oklahoma county of Bryan and the Texas county of Grayson (expected enrollment of 1,500 for first year); and Greenville CBOC, which will cover the Texas counties of Hopkins, Franklin, Johnson, Ellis, Hunt, Kaufman, Rockwall and Titus (expected enrollment of 550 for the first year).
