- In accordance with FAR 6.302-3, the VAMC Washington, DC intends to negotiate on a sole source basis with Children's National Medical Center a cost per various tests for its Pathology and Laboratory Medicine Service. This is a notice of intent and is not for a request for proposals. It is not a solicitation of a request for offers. No solicitation package is available. Any response to this notice must show clear and convincing evidence that competition would be advantageous to the Government. Responses must be received no later than 9/5/07 at 2:00PM, EST.
