- Description
- Provide all labor, materials, supervision, and equipment for installation of general electrical, auditing panel circuits and updating panel schedules, recircuiting panels into Emergency, Critical, Life Safety, Emergency Equipment or General branches, and labeling panels with engraved phenolic nameplates. Work includes removal and replacement of existing obsolete panels, recircuiting of a panel fee to another switchgear, removing splices and replacement of panel feeder conductors. The project includes identifying panels without locks or with locks that do not match the existing B135A configuration and installing matching locks. Three deductive bid alternates are included in the solicitation. This procurement is set-aside for Service Disabled Veteran-owned small business (SDVOSB) firms in accordance with Public Law 109-461. SDVOSB firms must be registered on http://www.vetbiz.gov and http://www.ccr.gov to be awarded a contract under this solicitation. The predominate NAICS for this procurement is 238210. Size standard for this NAICS is $13.0 million. Bid opening will be September 21, 2007 at 2:00 p.m. Numbered Note 29 applies to this acquisition.
