Description

DESC: Contractor must provide all necessary labor and transportation for part-time (two days a week) on-site Urologist Services for the VA Medical Center, 2495 Shreveport Highway, Pineville, LA. The VAMC Alexandria is contemplating a firm-fixed price contract. The proposed contract will have a twelve-month base period, on or about 10/1/2007 through 9/30/2008, pending availability of funds. The NAICS code is 621111 and annual small business size standard of $9M applies. The VA will award a contract resulting from the Request for Quote (RFQ) to the responsible offeror whose offer conforming to the RFQ will be most advantageous to the Government.
