- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial services prepared in accordance with the format in Federal Acquisition (FAR) Regulation Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotations are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This is an Unrestricted Procurement. The NAICS code is 541990 and a size standard of $6.5 million. The contractor shall provide subscription services of their existing on-line system to allow designated employees of the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) Denver Homeownership Center (DHOC) office access to ownership and property information including owner's name; address; lot size; assessed values; improvements and property characteristics. The contractor's existing on-line system shall also allow the Denver Homeownership Center HUD Office to obtain Automated Models (AVM's), which are computer-generated valuations of a particular property that will provide an estimate of value. In addition to the aforementioned, the contractor's on-line service shall include information on and/or access to property detail reports; comparable sales reports; assessor maps; street maps; parcel maps; flood map information; the current sales price; document images; the Deed of Trust; legal and vesting; transaction history; historical and present value automated valuation capabilities; and custom search facilities/capabilities.
