- THIS IS A SOURCES SOUGHT REQUEST National Security Technologies (NSTec) is seeking sources for Technical Support for support of the Defense Experimentation and Stockpile Stewardship Programs. The Subcontractor shall provide professional, skilled subject matter personnel to perform technical services for the Defense Experimentation and Stockpile Stewardship Programs. These services entails diagnostic work that includes research, development, engineering, product design, product fabrication, analysis, testing, and field operations for the national laboratory's work at the Nevada Test Site (NTS). See the attached Draft Statement of Work and Labor categories with descriptions and estimated numbers of hours describing the requirement. Please note that attached are drafts and that the RFP will be the governing document. Department of Energy Q clearances are required at start of work. The Award will be based on Best Value. Please respond via email of your interest with a brief summary stating your capability of providing this service. Responses are due by August 28, 2007. Please respond via email.
