- All requests for solicitation packages must be submitted in writing, faxed to (662) 686-5373 or by electronic mail to: terry.jones@ars.usda.gov. No calls will be accepted. The U.S. Department of Agriculture proposes to procure Grounds Maintenance services. The awarded contractor shall be responsible for providing all labor, machinery, materials, herbicides, and fertilizer necessary to keep grass/lawns mowed, trimmed, attractive and free of weeds during the period of November 1, 2007 through September 30, 2008. These services shall be provided at the USDA, ARS, located in Stoneville, MS. An IFB with complete specification requirements will be issued on or about September 7, 2007 with all bids being due at 2:00 p.m. October 7, 2007. These dates are tentative and will be specified in the IFB package. Again, all requests must be submitted in writing, faxed to (662) 686-5373 or by electronic mail to: terry.jones@ars.usda.gov. No calls will be accepted.
