- Pr Number: IQC07101009024 FSC: 5306 Solicitation Number SPM5AY-07-R-0055. Nomenclature: AN & NASM Numberic Bolts-Qualified Supplier List (QSL) Items. Additional Requirements include Gauging, Logo Marking and Nondestructive Testing (NDT). Requirements for each line item will be detailed in the solicitation. This Acquisition is being solicited on an unrestricted basis. Issue Date: 24 Aug 2007 RFP due Date 24 Oct 2007. Quantity: This is an Indefinite Quantity (IQC) Solicitation under Commercial Test Program Procedures. This procurement is for a two year base. The solicitation contains an option to extend the terms of the contract for three (3) additional one-year periods. The Units of Issue are EACH, HD and PG. This procurement is for 226 Core Items and 1881 items may be added on a post award basis via Add/Delete Clause. The first NSN is 5306-00-001-4849. This solicitation requests offers on a stock basis only-delivery to CONUS (excluding Alaska and Hawaii). This procurement also contains a guaranteed minimum. Delivery is as follows: 350 days. All items are QSL. Numbered Note 23 applies. All responsible sources may submit a proposal which shall be considered by the agency. Anticipated award date: 01/20/2008. Offers will be evaluated on the basis of past performance being more important than price.
