- NOTE: THIS IS A REPOST OF SOLICITATION HSCG38-07-R-200001 PREVIOUSLY CANCELLED. THIS IS A PRESOLICITATION NOTICE ONLY. THIS IS NOT A SOLICITATION OR REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL (RFP). THE RFP (HSCG38-07-R-200001) IS EXPECTED TO BE AVAILABLE AT http://www.uscg.mil/hq/arsc/contracting/HH65/HH-65.htm AFTER THE CLOSING DATE OF THIS NOTICE. PROPOSALS ARE NOT BEING SOLICITED OR ACCEPTED AT THIS TIME. CONTRACTORS SHOULD FOLLOW THE INSTRUCTIONS BELOW. Numerous aircraft and airframe component/spare parts of various part numbers and quantities for the U. S. Coast Guard HH65 aircraft. There are 210 line items included in this requirement. A complete list including quantities, nomenclature and part numbers will be made available to you upon written request. Indefinite delivery-Indefinite quantity commercial contract contemplated for a base year plus four one-year option periods. The applicable North American Industry Classification Standard Code is 336413 and the small business size standard is 1,000 employees. This procurement is unrestricted. The contract will be awarded as a Firm Fixed Price. Delivery to the USCG Aircraft Repair and Supply Center, Elizabeth City, NC 27909-5001 desired within 280 days after receipt of order and required within 600 days after receipt of order. Drawings and data are not available from the Coast Guard and will not be furnished as part of the solicitation. All responsible sources may submit a proposal, which shall be considered by the agency. All responsible sources may request a copy of the solicitation, in writing, no later than 05 January 2007. Telephone requests will not be accepted.
