- THE PROPOSED CONTRACT IS SET ASIDE FOR SERVICE-DISABLED VETERAN-OWNED SMALL BUSINESS (SDVOSB) CONCERNS. Offers from other than SDVOSB concerns will not be considered. REQUESTS FOR HARD COPIES OF THE SOLICITATION PACKAGE MUST BE IN WRITING, BY FAX AT 765-677-3106, OR E-MAILED TO marcia.guenin@va.gov. Contractor shall provide all labor, material, equipment and supervision to constuct a residential type kitchen in the Nursing Home Care Unit of the hospital and install two exterior covered shelters in courtyards at the VA Northern Indiana Health Care System, 1700 E 38th Street, Marion, IN 46953. Kitchen appliances and shelters will be Government-purchased, contractor-installed. Estimate: $25,000 to $100,000 with a requirement for 20% Bid Bond and 100% payment protection (payment bond, irrevocable letter of credit, tripartite escrow agreement, or certificate of deposit).
