- Description
- This requirement is sole source to Lockheed Martin Systems Integration (CAGE 03640). The Government does not own the technical data. Reference - Authority: 10 U.S.C. 2304 (c) (1) as implemented by FAR 6.302-1, only one responsible source, and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. This acquisition is to obtain a five year (basic year and four 12 month options) firm fixed price contract for repair of AP-102 Mission Computer applicable to the MC-130H, H-53J/M, AND THE AC-130U Helicopters. Numbered notes 22 and 26 apply. NOTE: THIS NOTICE MAY HAVE POSTED ON FEDBIZOPPS ON THE DATE INDICATED IN THE NOTICE ITSELF (21-MAR-2006).
