- Description
- This solicitation requests proposals to carry out a contract to analyze library services provided by 52 entities (each state, Puerto Rico, and the District of Columbia) that receive IMLS library Grants to States, using as key sources IMLS?s Five-Year Plans, SLAA annual reports, and Five-Year Evaluation reports for these grantees in the period 2002-2007. The study is anticipated to begin on or around October 1, 2007 and to take approximately nine (9) months to complete. The offeror will have to address a number of issues presented by the time available for the analysis and the complexity of the task. The final version of the report of findings must be complete and in IMLS hands no later than July 7, 2008.
