- The United States Government seeks to lease office space consisting of approximately 17,780 rentable square feet of office and related use space in Elizabeth, N. J. within the following delineated area: North: Jackson Ave to Vauxhall Rd through the township of Union to the Elizabeth River to Morris Ave to North Ave to North Broad St in the City of Elizabeth; East: Broad St to Pearl St to the Amtrak rail lines; South: Amtrak rail lines to the Elizabeth City border to Westfield Ave (Rt 28) in the township of Roselle to Faitoute Ave in the township of Roselle Park; West: Faitoute Ave in Roselle Park to Michigan Ave through the township of Kenilworth to Rt. 22 to Springfield Rd. N (Rt. 637) to Liberty Ave to the intersection of Liberty Ave and Jackson Ave. The space should yield approximately 15,461 ANSI BOMA usable square feet. The proposed lease for ten (10) years, five (5) years firm, is to be fully serviced and meet Government requirements for Fire Safety and Handicapped Accessibility.
