- The Government intends to issue Solicitation N65236-07-R-0263 as a sole source commercial item contract pursuant to FAR SubPart 13.5 to Redcom Laboratories, Inc., 1 Redcom Ctr, Victor, NY 14564-9785. This procurement covers the acquisition of the following items: Redcom Slice Switch - 6 ea; AC Power Rectifier w/ Shelf - 6 ea; 48VDC (Spare) Redcom Splice Rectifier Module - 6 ea; AC Power Spare Package Rectifier - 6 ea. This equipment will be used to upgrade the currently fielded Redcom equipment. A Firm Fixed Price type contract is anticipated. The required delivery date 10 September 2007. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals.
