- The Fleet and Industrial Supply Center (FISC) Norfolk Contracting Department, Groton CT intends to issue a Request for Quotations (RFQ) for the acquisition of Preventive Maintenance (PM) and repair services for five (5) Harbor Security Boats and associated trailers at Naval Submarine Base, Groton, CT and Naval Station, Newport, RI. These services will be performed based on a number of engine hours logged by each boat. It is intended to award a Firm Fixed Price contract for a base year with four (4) one year options. The base year services are estimated to commence on or about October 1, 2007. The applicable NAICS code for this requirement is 336611. This acquisition will be issued as a 100% small business set-aside. The RFQ will require the submission of a minimal technical proposal as well as past performance information. RFQ N00189-07-T-G022 will be made available electronically, upon release at http://www.neco.navy.mil. All contractors must be registered in the Central Contract Registration (CCR) at http://www.ccr.gov.
