Description

The Government intends to award, on a sole source basis, a Firm Fixed Price acquisition with Multi-Phase Technologies, LLC, Sparks, NV in accordance with FAR 6.302-1(a)(iii). The Government intends to acquire a multiplexer and down hole cables to be consistent with the current US Geological Survey, Office of Ground Water, Branch of Geophysics EPT resistivity system. Multi-Phase Technologies, LLC is the only known source for the needed equipment which makes multiplexers that are compatible with the current Office of Ground Water, Branch of Geophysics MPT ERT Control Unit. There is no written solicitation for this requirement. This award will be made on or about August 20, 2007 under the Simplified Acquisition Threshold of $100,000.00.
