Description

The US Geological Survey intends to award a noncompetitive purchase order to the County of Snohomish, WA for current existing one-foot resolution orthoimagery of approximately 1415 square miles of Snohomish County that will be placed in the public domain. This is the only known source possessing this data.The proposed contract action is for supplies or services for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under authority of Federal Acquisition Regulation 6.302. Delivery will be FOB Destination to Tacoma, WA. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals, but interested parties may identify their interest and capability to respond to this requirement to the Contracting Officer by e-mail only (rdonez@usgs.gov) no later than the response date shown in this annoucement.
