- The work to be performed by the Contractor consists of packing and transporting and temporary storing fine art pieces from the Ford's Theatre National Historic Museum Collection in Washington, D.C. The work will be performed with a short deadline The estimated magnitude of this procurement is between $45,000 to $60,000. This procurement is a commercial item. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this procurement is 493190 with a small business size of $23 million of annual average gross revenues of the total concern for the last 3 fiscal years. This procurement is 100-percent set-aside for small business concerns. A small business concern is defined as a concern (including all of its subsidiaries) having less than or equal to $23 million annual average gross revenues of the total concern for the last 3 fiscal years. The solicitation is out at the same time as this announcement since the procurement was to be a Combined Synposis/Solicitation, but the requirement documents are detailed. The solicitation is available at http://ideasec.nbc.gov website. Contractors must register on the website in order to retrieve copies of the solicitation and any possible amendments. Instructions are contained on the website for downloading solicitation and attachments. It is the responsibility of all interested contractors to acknowledge ALL amendments to the solicitation.
