Description
This is a request for information only. The intent is to identify potential small business offerors capable of providing the services of 1.5 FTE Developmental Pediatricians for Tripler Army Medical Center, Hawaii. The contract term, if awarded, will be a base period for one year plus four (4) one-year options. The base period of performance will commence 15 September 2007 through 14 September 2008.The NAICS code for this proposed procurement is 621111 and the annual size standard is $9 Million. The q ualifications for this position are as follows: Qualifications: Applicant must have completed fellowship training through an accredited Developmental Pediatrics Fellowship Program and have at least six months experience practicing as a Developmental Pediatrician within the past year. Education: The contract physician must have graduated from an accredited medical school; have completed a Developmental Pediatrics fellowship, have a current license of a practicing physician and meet all licensing and certifications to perform Developmen tal Pediatric Medicine. Licensure/Certification/Registration: A valid unrestricted physician license in one of the 50 states of the United States, and/or the District of Columbia, the Commonwealth of Puerto Rice, Guam, or the U.S. Virgin Islands. All required licenses and permits and comply with all applicable Federal, State and Municipal laws. If applicant is a foreign medical graduate he/she must possess a valid certificate from the Educational Council for Foreign Medical Graduates. Experience: Applicant must have at least six months experience practicing as a Developmental Pediatrician within the past year prior to commencement of services under this contract/task order.
