- THIS PROCUREMENT IS ADVERTISED UNDER FAR 6.302-2, UNUSUAL AND COMPELLING URGENCY. ISSUE DATE ON OR ABOUT 21 AUG 07. BID OPENING DATE ON OR ABOUT 28 AUG 07. The work consists of furnishing all plant, labor, materials and equipment, and constructi ng stone bank paving at various locations on the banks of the Mississippi River between Miles 616 and 326 A.H.P. Principal features of the work include mobilization and demobilization, grading, excavation, slope dressing, stone bank paving and environment al protection. The estimated value of the proposed work is between $1,000,000.00 and $5,000,000.00.
